When we're not for you

  • If you want Kubernetes because it sounds good. For most small teams it's complexity you pay for every week.

  • If what you want is the lowest possible cloud bill. We optimise when it's warranted, but we're not a cost-cutting service.

  • If nobody will be able to maintain it afterwards. We'd rather build something simpler your team understands than something brilliant only we do.

Questions

AWS or Azure?
Whichever you already use, almost always. Migrating clouds out of technical preference rarely pays off; both do the job. If you're starting from scratch, we decide it with your team and your budget in front of us.
Can you migrate what we have without stopping the business?
That's the default: progressive migration, with old and new running side by side. Big-bang rewrites are the ones that end up in the horror stories.
