Your operation doesn't fit an off-the-shelf product.

Custom Software

There's almost always an off-the-shelf product that does 80% of what you need. The problem is the other 20%: precisely the part where your business differs from the one next door, and precisely the part you can't configure without bending the tool until it breaks.

Custom software is justified when that 20% is what makes you money. If it isn't, buying is cheaper and we'll say so.

What you get

  • Scope and estimate before we start

We come out of discovery with what will be built, what the risks are and what it costs. If we can't estimate it with confidence, we say so instead of padding the number.

  • Working software every two weeks

Not progress reports: the deployed application, so you can use it and tell us where we got it wrong while fixing it is still cheap.

  • The code and the infrastructure are yours

In your repository and your cloud from day one. No proprietary platform licences and no dependencies designed to bring you back.

Don't take our word for it

Our own product, in production. Download it and judge for yourself.

Plazoleta

plazoleta.dev

This very site: our calling card, built from scratch.

  • · You're looking at it: server-rendered with Next.js, no template and no visual page builder
  • · All the content lives typed in a single file — no CMS, no admin panel behind it
  • · Our own design with Space Grotesk; zero stock components

Isobaria

isobaria.com

Weather from three models at once, with a public scorecard of how wrong each one is — nothing hidden.

  • · Cross-references ECMWF IFS, ICON and GFS —served by Open-Meteo— into a model-agreement index that drops when they disagree, not when they fail
  • · Public verification against the ERA5 reanalysis at /es/verificacion: 2,452,800 hours measured across 20 locations, with each model's error in plain sight
  • · Covers all 8,128 Spanish municipalities, with RainViewer radar and official AEMET warnings shown in their literal wording, never reworded
  • · Next.js with pages regenerated every 15 minutes; no accounts, no identifiers, aggregate usage measurement only (RUM)

When we're not for you

  • If a standard SaaS covers 100% of what you need: it will cost you ten times less.

  • If you need twenty people in parallel to hit an immovable date. We're a small team and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

  • If you're after the cheapest quote. We won't be it.

If you recognise yourself here, tell us anyway. I'd rather point you somewhere else in an email than have us both find out halfway through the project.

Questions

How much does a custom application cost?
It depends on scope, and be wary of anyone who gives you a figure before understanding the problem. What we do is pin it down during discovery and give you a number we'll stand behind.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything: code, infrastructure and documentation, in your own accounts. Staying with us should be a decision, not a consequence of not being able to leave.
